Tulip at the brewery - hazy gold with a frothy, well-sustained head - it looks fantastic, actually - the sage is fairly prominent and plays off the spicy phenolics from the yeast really well - full, moderately soft carbonation - dry throughout, but the malts bring a lightly sweet finish of herbed citrus - spicy, herbal finish - really good - I was meh on their last attempt at a saison, but this one is well done.
