On tap at New Bohemia. Pours a clear gold with a slight amber hue and a white head that dissipates nearly completely. Aroma combines sweet citrus with sweet grains and hint of Belgian yeast and flora underlying. Flavor has a good amount sweet citrus with underlying sweet grains, Belgian yeast and a hint of flora.

11.2 ounce bottle - hazy light orange - frothy lace - nose of tangy lemon creme, ginger, hay, pepper, dustiness - full carbonation in the mouth - fairly dry, but highly spicy, with strong ginger, pepper - high acidity becomes kind of abrasive in the mouth - some grass, hay, twangy orange peel - kind of messy, but I sense some potential in the recipe - I like what they were going for (a dry, rustic, saison), but they need to cut out the adjuncts and just let the yeast do its thing.
