(Update - previously a 4.0 - just had some of a newer batch - the Brett was much more developed and the hops character was a little dulled, so it wasnβt as snappy and vibrant as previous batches - still good, but this brewer clearly has to work on consistency) Tap at the brewery - this is how you do brett ipa - lightly musky aroma, with bright, floral and peppery hops - lean, clean, medium dry and snappy malt base - strongly citric and moderately bitter hops that are complimented well by moderate pineapple brett notes - the brett also provides a lightly earthy funk - finish is dry, flinty, but with lingering mango notes - excellent attenuation and a bright, tongue-prickling acidity - excellent!
