Tap at the brewery - of the different coffee stout recipes on tap today, this was the standout - the process of hopping the coffee before adding it to the beer seems to have paid off for them - the bright fruity notes and mineral from the base beer are present - the acids from the coffee are vibrant and fruity, and the hop addition really makes that character pop even more - slightly sweet notes of vanilla round out the finish - this is the recipe you should keep, boys.
