Tap at Diebolt - hazy honey-colored (coincidence?) - aroma is mostly of honey, light mineral, very mild phenols - flavor is light, crisp, moderately phenolic - full, frothy carbonation - honey flavor is strong, but sweetness is minimal - a dry honey flavor, interesting - a strong mineral bite late compliments lightly peppery phenolics - lighty acidic punch on the tail end - pretty nice.
