This one is a bit of a disappointment from this brewer, as it is simultaneously too honey sweet (for a light Belgian ale) and overly bitter (probably from the dry-hopping) – some pleasant esters of mango, citrus, etc., as well as some mineral dryness and peppery hop flavors – but the sweetness and bitterness kind of clash here – I want to like it more, as I already love this brewery, but this is a miss for me.
