Lightly hazy gold - surprisingly nice and balanced wild ale, with equal notes of brett funk and acetic acidity (but the latter is quite mild) - mild grain, light peachy lactic qualities - subtle wheat flavors - overall dry, mild funkiness throughout (cheese, basement), as well as mildly oaky, tannic, white wine character - nicely done - well-balanced.
