Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5
Tap at brewery - listed as "Bone Dry Stout" - black to dark ruby - thick lace - very dry, moderately smoky, moderate minerality - earthy, smoky, almost peaty finish - mild acidity on the tail end - really solid brew.
