Tap at Bailey’s - black pour with a soapy tap lace - nose of bittersweet chocolate, cookie dough, gingerbread - slick mouthfeel, medium to full body - medium sweet and moderately bitter - doughy and slightly yeasty - bittersweet chocolate and very mellow gingerbread - lightly spicy finish, with lingering dough and truffle/chocolate notes - quite tasty.
