Cwrw Glaslyn/Glaslyn Ale is a fine golden premium bitter brewed from Welsh mountain water and natural ingredients.
The name comes from the mighty Glaslyn river which begins among the upper slopes of 'Yr Wyddfa' (Snowdon) before cascading through the Aberglaslyn Pass until it reaches Porthmadog Harbour and the Irish Sea beyond.

Bottled. Deep golden, minmal head. Grassy and minerally. Dry up front with pleasantly rounded mouthfeel and medium body. Feels vital and refreshing. Finishing with lingering salty bitterness.

A light golden coloured ale, with a hoppy nose and a hoppy fruity bitterness. KOF beer fest 06

Bottle: Hazy, golden to orangey coloured, small, but quite stable lacing head; dry, grapefruity nose with a big bitter-hoppy touch; robust dry bitter flavour, light bodied; bone-dry, a bit adstringent long hoppy finish. A very well done powerful Ale.......
