This is either the most unlambic-like lambic I’ve ever had, or there are two versions of this beer, because this is more like a very lightly funky spiced beer - the flavor is actually fairly sweet, with some brewed tea and cream soda kind of flavor to it - it also tastes like they’ve steeped a Christmas tree in this brew (spruce and loads of xmas spiciness) - very faint notes of earthiness, wood, and oxidation - a bit of acidity on the front and back as well - I suppose these later qualities are the "lambic" aspects - a strange and not entirely enjoyable brew.
