Cask at GBBF 2007. A hazy golden beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma is sweet and very grainy and malty. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of straw as weel as some notes of grain, leading to a dry and very bitter and grassy finish.

Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2007, London. Light unclear yellow color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, toffee, butter. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light metallic.

Cask@GBBF2007. Yellowish golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is sweet hops with some earthy hints. Flavour is yeasty, very grassy, slightly fruity and some hayish notes. Mouthdrying and quite bitter.
