Apparently they brewed a belgian style quad. and decided to blend in a bit of their Imperial Porter, and boy does it make for one good beer - it has the caramel, candy-ish, dark fruit flavors of the belgian ale, coupled with the bitter-sweet chocolate notes of the porter - this makes an overall taste that is something like candied plums and chocolate covered cherries - a courageous experiment, and quite a success at that.
