Water is the most important ingredient in beer - and The Eagle brewery has an enviable advantage over other beers because it is brewed with pure, natural mineral water from the brewery's very own well.

In addition to this, Eagle uses 100% farm assured barley and has received the coveted 'Red Tractor' mark of accreditation.

Cask at New Inn, Canterbury Probably one of the dullest beers I have ever had. There is just no flavour, no hops or malt to speak of and it is a slightly golden brown, slightly flavoured water

[Cask] A brown beer with a small beige head. The aroma is sweet nutty. While the flavor is cask flat with primary notes of caramel leading to an OK hoppy end.

Sampled cask conditioned at Oliver Twist, Stockholm, Sweden.
Pale amber. Rich flowery aroma. Sweet and fruity. Light bodied with rounded mouthfeel. Offputting finish with notes of compost heap and fermented peas.

Flat dark golden beer with a flavour that is virtually water, and a non-existent aroma. A very very very poor beer.
