Cask @Meat And Barrel, Portsmouth. Clear golden color, small white head. Aroma has strong diacetyl, butterscotch, some fruityness. Light-bodied. Flavor is also dominated by diacetyl, not much of Cadcade to talk about. Dry citrus finish. Something gone wrong.

500ml bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours clear pale gold, thick white head. Big lemon drop aromas, light grapefruit. Something earthy too. Taste is quite sharp, more lemon and light floral notes, touch of white sugar sweetness at the back. Decent beer though.

Light golden, clear, frothy bubbly white head, light lacing
Aroma - Fresh citrus hops, lemon, soft tropical hops, light sweet malts, soft fruits, clean nose, soft sweet lemon
Taste of soft fruity pale malts, dab of soft yeast, plenty of zesty hops, some peppery hops, lemon zest, good soft sweet light malts that don’t get in the way of the hops, gets a bit more bitter with the drinking
Palate - Soft carb, medium body, soft sweet, zesty bitter. Finish as main flavour, slightly dry, soft peppery, bitter zest
Overall - Very quaffable stuff, easy going, well made
