Ruby Red nearly medium- bodied, specially roasted malts and audacious hopping produce a rich cornucopia of fruity flavors and aromas. Stickin’ it to the beer establishment

Clear medium orange copper with a small fleeting sandy colored head. Light malty aroma and a big piney bitter flavor. Light and a bit thin on the palatte.

Courtesy of jarlbartar, thanks buddy. 12oz bottle pours pale copper with one inch light tan head and nice lacing. The aroma has solid grapefruit and orange rind citrus hops along with mild malt sweetness. The initial taste is just a bit watery and neutral. That sensation only lasted a moment when grapefruit hop bitterness and sweeter citrus hop flavor smothered it. A mild malt sweetness joins in as well as un-ripe orange and grapefruit hop bitterness that build into the finish.

Bottle @ Chris_o shindig 2007.Clear medium amber orange color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, fruity, moderate hoppy, flowers, grass, pine. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration. (Hop sweet and bitter). Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Nice and refreshing.

12 oz. bottle courtesy of CaptainCougar. Pour is clear orange amber with nice carbonation and a one inch off white head. Aroma is grapefruit citrus / pine hops and just a touch of resiny earthiness. Taste is a lot of grapefruit all the way through, particularly in the finish - which lingers. Despite the big hop presence, there is an earthy malt present in the backbone. One of the fuller bodied IPA’s I have had. Thanks Tom, would love to have this all the time.

Bottle at Chris Shindig. Baked biscuit aroma. Copper colour with thin beige head. Niceish hottish hop. Really got strong popcorn, goodish finish, really lovely woody hop. Rather good. Would have liked more.

12 oz bottle from Pantanap; nose of piney hopswith a light touch of caramel; rusty copper color with a small off-white head; flavor of hop bitterness, with a light rye grain accent for balance.

Bottle courtesy of Monger: Poured a clean brown color ale with a medium foamy head with some good retention and some light lacing. Aroma of citrus hops is dominating with a subtle base of caramel malt. Taste is dominated by some nice citrus and bitter malt with a base of caramel malt that could be more important in order to provide a more balance beer. Body is about average with some adequate carbonation. Overall, I thought his was interesting but fell a bit short of the great staple of the style.

RBSG07. From 12 oz bottle. Pours orange. Flavour is very hoppy, floral. Flavour is strongly hoppy, ruling out any minor malt notes. Finish is dry bitter with a floral touch.
