Ruby Red nearly medium- bodied, specially roasted malts and audacious hopping produce a rich cornucopia of fruity flavors and aromas. Stickin’ it to the beer establishment

Backlog March 2009. Unclear reddish, deep golden body under a big tan head. Aroma has citric fruits and malt. Taste is quite sweet malt with strong fruity bitterness. Fine body, bitter aftertaste. A bit straight forward but still pretty nice.

Bottle. A more or less clear, golden beer with an off-white head. Piney and resiny nose on a malty background. The flavor has malts in the back, with pine cones and resin up front. Nice bitterness. Maybe a bit much bitterness actually, as it gets almost astringent. Full body. The bitterness lasts for a long time, with some malty sweetness to support the resiny finish. Just plain lovely, nothing extraordinary, and very easy drinkable. (090327)

Bottle: Poured a hazy orange with a thin white head. The aroma was citrus fruit, hops, and malts. Taste started more on the malty side, but slowely revealed the fruit and hop bitterness.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a lazing light tan head. The aroma is sweet malty with strong notes of fruit - especially peaches. The flavor is sweet malty with strong notes of peaches as well as a light flowery hoppy note, leading to a dry and very bitter finish.

Thanks to decaturstevo for sharing this one. Cloudy, deep copper-gold body under a fleeting off-white head. Big malt aroma. The flavor is balanced nicely between the malt sweetness and the hop bitterness.

Beautiful amber color; creamy head. Very nice hoppy aroma, resiny over all, but also a bit fruity. Quite good body strength, very good flavor, of caramel, sweetish, with a good hopping, partially resiny and fruity. Very good.

(Bottle 35,5 cl) Courtesy of sk8viking. Clear, amber golden with a huge and stable, somewhat rough, off-white head. Fresh aroma of citrus and peach. Medium body with a soft mouthfeel. A little sweetness from the caramel malts and a dry and fairly hoppy finish. 171107

Bottle from Tytoanderso - Thanks! Pours a light copper color with a small beige head. Nose is lightly hoppy, citrus and florals, some maltiness. Flavor is kind of middle of the road IPAish with the hops not really outlasting the caramel malt. This could easily be a daily drinker - not the hopped up rebel I’d hoped for.
