Bottle from the Bristol Cider Store. Pale gold in colour with plenty of carbonation, albeit short lived. Dryish aroma of minerals and pear juice. Full mouth feel with a slight oiliness coating the mouth. Flavour had of dry fruit and skins with a hint of of sweetness in the background, before a tart, mouth puckering finish. Very refreshing.
