Little cloudy golden beer, small white head, unstable, adhesive with nice lacing. Aroma: fruity, touches of pineapple, toasted malts, but in all very faint. MF: very soft to no carbon, light to medium body. Taste: fruity start, citrus touches, grapefruit turning to quite hoppy bitter. Aftertaste: very dry and bitter, citrus touches.

Draught at the brewpub. Big American hop aroma. Rich malt with caramel and a bit of chocolate. Nicely bitter flavor, well-balanced and earthy with some citrus and maybe pine. A bit heavy, but reliable stuff.

Tap @ Boston/NY 2009. Quite typical american pale ale. Nothing special, but decent bitter taste. Decent hoppy nose. Straightforward, but very drinkable.

A golden ale with a thin white head. A nice fresh hops aroma with light caramel. In mouth, a light butterscotch, caramel and refreshing hops, not overbearing, a bit too light. On tap at brewpub Oct. 11 2008.

Golden-amber colour. Really flat. Nice fruity aroma with raspberry, currant, and light orangey notes. Has some fruitiness on the palate as well, but fades to a more woody, caramelly finish with a dull earthiness.

Cask at GBBF 2007. A hazy amber beer with a thin bubbly orange head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of hops, lending it notes of grass and alfa acids. The flavor is sweet mlaty with notes of caramel combined with strong notes of hops again lending the beer notes of grass and alfa acids.

Cask@GBBF. Golden colour, not much head. Really nectary hops, sweet sugary and also some caramel malty notes. Flavour is nectar, wood, slight spices and fruity hops. Pleasantly balanced.
