Sample from tap at the brewpub. Pours clear orange. Aroma is sweet malty and light fruity hops and bitterhops. Flavour is caramel malty and only mildly bitter. Bread like finish with decent bitterness following.

2004 draught @ the brewery. Typical amber colored APA, with small white head. Aroma is a mix of sweet malt and lightly fruity, lightly floral hops. Flavor adds a good amount of bitterness, but there is still a fresh fruity hop bouquet adding to the malt. Quite a sweet malt backbone, which isnt a bad thing. Good hops flavor, but could actually benefit from more bitterness or less sweetness. Smooth palate, medium to medium full body.
