Barrel Aged Apple Sour. We love complex and sour beers. For this one, we reached out to our friends at MacIvors and put our heads together. We made a Golden blond and blended it with wild fermentation Irish Cider from MacIvors. A friendly cider acidity kick followed by a dry and subtle maltiness which ends with a refreshing thirst quenching fruitiness.

01-04-17 // sampled at CRAFT Frankfurt 2017. Light hazy yellowish beer. Nose of fresh ripe apples. Taste is pretty similiar to Applewine with loads of fresh green apples, light to meidum sour, acidic, tart, funky. Light hop bitter fnish. Nice.

Sampled @ CRAFT Frankfurt 2017. Trübes hell strohgelbes Bier mit einer geringen weißen schaumkrone. Geruch ist säuerlich fruchtig, Äpfel, leicht salzig. Geschmack ist ziemlich säuerlich, zitronig, Äpfel, kratzig.
