On tap @ the Aul Fife, Banff. Pours golden with gentle bubbles and no head. The nose is earthy with stewed and sour apples. The taste has tangy apples, almost pineapple, with a dry, sour finish, The palate is big in structure with a tangy texture and a sharp clean finish, Overall, a good cider.

Small white head. Hazy pale yellow body. Wooden barnyard apple aroma with mealy notes. Dry-sweet-acidic alcoholic apple and honey taste with wooden barnyard. Mid-bodied. Mild mouthfeel. Not much aftertaste. Long lingering mealy apple and wood aftertaste. Not bad for a cider. (0.25l cask, the Old Brewery, Greenwich.)

Cloudy, yellow. Slightly honeyish apple aroma with some sulphur-pedio action. Taste is bland apple with some acid tartness and again a little raunchy stuff.

At the Bank, Bristol, 2/1/09. Yellow with a slight white head. Sweetish apple juice aroma with a hint of wood and the barnyard. Flavour inclined towards the sugary, with some oak and a dryish finish holding things together. Ok.

Cask Conditioned at The Royal Oak, London
Cloudy blond color. It has a sourish aroma of apples. Nice apples flavor, medium sweet, with a subtle sourness; the final is a bit weaker and it has a very light astringency; balanced and easy to drink.
