Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a small, white head. Distinct Brett and acetic acid with a woody edge. Kinda light in body, low carbonation. Acid and appley, almost cider like but way more complex from the sour cultures and the oak. Quite an easygoing Sour. 240325
