Keg at Brewdog Camden. Aroma is a bit bubblegum, bit spice and some unidentifiable savory thing too. Maybe smoked cheese! Taste is crisp and initially uninspiring. Quite crisp and a bit of bitterness too. Touch of citrus hops and a bit of tropical fruit. Bit of a prickle in the mouth. Nice bitter finish. Strange one that got much more interesting the further down I went. Still not sure what the weird bit of the taste was. Quite nice!

Bottle. Golden color, lush white foam. Aroma: nice, flower-citrus hops, fruits, a little grassy. Taste: very clean, a light malt, citrus, some fruits, very drinkable.

Flaska från SB. Bärnstensfärgad vätska med vit skum. Dofter av grape och tallbarr. Lagom sötma matchas av en amerikansk humlebeska.

Reviewed from notes.
The appearance had a slightly clear gold/yellow body with a one finger white foamy head, streams of carbonation are seen rising at a moderate pace, some clingy lacing sticks to the pint glass throughout the entire drink.
The smell had a strong citrusy hops up front, a slight amount of caramel and bread follow up as it warms.
The taste was bittersweet all the way down, wow! slight bittersweet aftertaste, crisp yet smooth finish.
On the palate, it was light, sessionable, carbonated exactly the way it should be, smooth all around.
Overall, wow, what a nice APA, I can’t believe I’ve passed up on this so many times and now I’ve finally had it and am kicking myself for not having it sooner.

355ml Bottle - Amber with a foamy head. Grapefruit, pine and toffee in the aroma. Nicely balanced taste with a solid malt backbone and notes of peach, grapefruit and toffee. Refreshing and well made.

On tap at APEX, pours a pretty clear golden with a small white head. Aroma of floral hops, resin and light caramel / crackery malt - not as pungent as an IPA, but more so than your average pale ale. Flavour of floral hops, herbal notes and crackery malts. Nearly an IPA, a nicely hopped .pale ale. Very nice refresher, though the New Dogtown is superior.

On tap at David Copperfields, Upper East side, Manhattan, New York, NY. A golden/amber coloured pour with a medium fluffy off white head. Hoppy aroma. Tastes hoppy, malty, citrus fruit, bitter, quite dry. Pretty good stuff.

GBBF. Cask Hazy gold beer, residual white head. Light dry palate. Quite a bit of raw pale malt. Mild caramel. Decent piney hops and a little grapefruit and orange citrus. Subtle minerals. Ok but a bit too much raw pale malt.

From the cask at Lagunitas Brewery. Grapefruit nose: very fruity citrus, light pale malt. Cloudy copper gold color with lace. Peppery hop flavors—citrus, grass, car piss, medium to big bitterness, grapefruit rind. Soft, medium light, silky body. Very nice.
