500ml bottle bought at Vinmonopolet Vika. Light yellow body with a slight haze. Lasting white head. Grass and wheat to the nose. The taste profile is a mix of lemon, wheat, and hay added by notes of light spices. Dry ending. Foamy in the mouth. Refreshing and ok (hotel room, Oslo 27.09.2011).

Bottled bryg #243 (Systembolaget, BB 10/2009).
Slightly hazy yellow color, mostly vanishiing white head. Witbier-like wheaty and white peppery, a bit fruity nose. Crisp carbonation. Citrus peel, banana, plasticky mouthfeel. Herbal and peppery touch. Ok summer drink, although not Earth-shaking wit.

Muddy pale blond color. Lemony and dusty aroma, light plastic too. Medium body (at least for a Witbier), wheat flavor, dry, a bit spicy and herbal. The final is more bitter than the average Witbier. Not bad, but not very useful to me.

Bottled:
Pours hazy, pale yellow with a big, white fluffy head. Somewhat sourish leafy birch aroma. Light body. Lively mouth feel. Dry and yeasty, somewhat sourish flavour. Birch leaves/sap in the finish. Different but quaffable.

50 cl bottle. Hazy golden/yellow body with big white head. Aroma is wheat and a little banana and is the flavour.

(Bottle) Hazy pale yellow colour with huge, frothy, white head. Fruity, herbal nose with grass, hay and a summery birch forest. Fruity, herbal taste with notes of grass, citrus (mainly lemon), hay, white bread and a mild, spicy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, fairly sweet. Beer brewed with birch (wood, leaves and sap)? Weird idea. The beer is a bit strange, but tasty and refreshing.
