Bottle. Hazy orange yellow colour with a think longlasting white head. Fruity wheat aroma with some hints of yeast. Smooth malty flavor with some fruitiness. Hints of citrus and peach. Fruity finish with some bitterness.

(Bottle 50 cl) Deep orange golden with a head that collapses a bit fast but never vanishes completely. Extremely fruity nose from the wheat esters. Flavours also full of fresh fruit and an immense complexity. A bit more bitter than your typical Hefeweizens, but this easily competes with some of the best German examples of the style. A yummy surprise. 130504

Cloudy orange amber, low head. Clove and bread nose. Citrus and spices (coiander, pepper). My bottle was prety acidic and peppered with bandaid - I hope I just got a slightly bad one. Medium to light body. Not much in the aftertaste department.

An unclear dark golden beer with a huge orangey head. The aroma is sweet with notes of wheat, banana, dusty hops, and oranges. The flavor is sweet combined with a slightly acidic wheat note giving it a freshness, the notes also include some banana and oranges, leading to a very dry wheaty end.

Draught at Lord Nelson, Copenhagen, 2007-04-19, 7-3-6-3-14=33
Cloudy blond color. Interesting aroma, banana, wallnut, boiled corn. Medium body structure, some sugars, some malt, some wheat, clean banana flavor; maybe too thin at the end. A good sample, for me.

Cloudy blond color. Typical wheat beer aroma, spicy and with banana fruitness. Quite dry mouth feel, not impressive. Maybe ok for white beer lovers…

Sampled draught at Dansk Ølfestival.
Pale orange. Estery banana aroma. Sweet and fruity, medium bodied. Some grassy hops in the finish. Has all the flavours of a good hefeweizen, but the maltiness isn’t really very firm, and there is to much sweetness to make it refreshing.
