Thought I rated this before, but anyways, more than enough times I poured this into a nonic pint glass. The appearance was obviously a brown color, fairly dark with a tan eggshell white foamy head. Minimal light lacing.
The aroma centers around some sweet coconut rubbing over some light toasty to roasty warm nuts, light pecans, some toffee and caramel malts.
The flavor balances nicely between all of those previously mentioned aromas and let’s in some chocolate. Light combined aftertaste leading into the finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a nice sessionability about it. Mild carbonation. Wet smooth rich and creamy texture.
Overall, nice brown ale with coconut added. I would love to have again.

Draft at Breckridge après ski. Pours a clear cola brown with an ecru head. Coconut aroma. Flavor of cocoa and coconut. Smooth finish. Surprisingly tasty.
