This big stout spent time with locally roasted coffee beans and organic cacao nibs after fermentation to build on a mocha flavor from a rich grain bill. Deceptively smooth for an imperial!

Can to snifter.
Appearance: black in color with a quickly dissipating head that didn't leave any lace
Aroma: light coffee roasty sweetness and some dark malts
Flavor: pretty much the same as above aromas, quick aftertaste of the coffee sweetness
Texture: medium bodied? I think. Hmmmm, might be a little bit under. Somewhat sessionable with the word I try hard not to say but ... gulp ... - I'll just say it - "watery"
Overall: this beer needs a lot of work.
