Sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured a dark brown color with a plum hue and a medium size foamy beige head that left minimal lacing. The aroma was malty with a strong bread dough element followed by fig and raisin. The flavor was malty and bready with cherry, raisin, fig, a hint of toffee and a doughy undertone. Long finish of fig and dough. Moderately full bodied.
