Sample at the Columbus taproom. Cloudy amber-orange color with a medium thick frothy white head that recedes gradually to a film. Sticky strings of lace. Aroma of banana, chocolate and tart fruit. Light-bodied with flavors of sour banana and citrus, sweet chocolate and wheat. The finish is tart banana up front with a chocolatey aftertaste. Above average overall.

Sampled on draft at Hugo's this beer poured a murky peach-tan color with a medium sized foamy white head. The aroma was yeast, glazed donut and a tart undertone. The flavor was glazed donut, yeast, sugar, a bit of chocolate, faint banana and tart presence. Very long finish. Medium body. Weird but it works.
