Big fizzy shortlasting head, slightly cloudy golden color. Aroma is slightly sweet fruity, slightly concentrated apple juice, dried apples, hay, minerals, apple peel, flowers, hints of caramel and sour apples. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, apple peel, sour apples, grass, apple cores, flowers, hay, citrus, minerals, dried apples. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice.
