Big fizzy shortlasting head, clear golden color. Aroma is dry sour-ish fruity, unripe apples, sour grass, apple cores, minerals, alcohol, flowers, yeast. Taste is dry sour-ish fruity, unripe apples, apple cores, sorrel, minerals, alcohol, apple peel, grass, flowers, yeast. Medium to longlasting bitterness, harsh sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Not really my cup of coffee.
