Small fizzy shortlasting head, clear light golden color. Aroma is slightly dry fruity, apple cores, unripe apples, grass, apple peel, minerals, alcohol, flowers, leafs, hay, cardboard. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, apple peel, sorrel, unripe apples, flowers, alcohol, grass, hay, minerals, citrus. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Fair enough.
