Small bubbly shortlasting head, clear light golden color. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, unripe apples, grass, apple peel, minerals, alcohol, flowers, leafs, yeast, apple cores, tiny hints of sulfur. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, apple peel, sorrel, unripe apples, flowers, alcohol, grass, hay, minerals, citrus. Medium bitterness, slightly harsh sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Fair enough.
