Small bubbly shortlasting head, clear light golden color. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish grassy, apple cores, hay, flowers, grass, minerals, alcohol, apple peel, paper, unripe apples. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish concentrated fruity, apple juice, grass, apple peel, alcohol, minerals, flowers, hay, apple cores, bark. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Fair enough. A bit lower on the ABV wouldn't be a bad thing...
