Taste is slightly dry sour-ish grassy, weeds, sour grass, minerals, bark, sour raspberries, soil, fruit stones, salty licorice, berry skin, anise, cough syrup. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly harsh sour-ish mineraly mouthfeel. Fair enough.
