Nice pink slightly bubbly-creamy mediumlasting head, hazy reddish color. Aroma is slightly sweet sour-ish fruity, sour winegum, sorrel, red berries, yoghurt, grass, fruit stones, berry skin, soda powder, minerals, hints of butterscotch. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, dry red berries, grass, soda powder, sorrel, fruit stones, berry skin, sour winegum, fruit salt, yoghurt, minerals, hints of butterscotch. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Fair enough, a bit too fresh I guess...
