Nice fizzy-creamy shortlasting head, clear light reddish color. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, berry skin, hay, sorrel, sour apples, black currants, grass, apple cores. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, soda powder, black currants stones, sour apples, grass, berry skin, sour black currants, hay, citrus acid. Fresh sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice and refreshing.
