Small slightly bubbly mediumlasting head, slightly cloudy. Aroma is slightly dry funky fruity, apple cores, yeast, sour apples, hay, minerals, grass, sour apples, flowers. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, apple peel, sorrel, apple cores, grass, hay, yeast, flowers, sour apples, minerals, citrus. Medium bitterness, dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice.
