Small fizzy mediumlasting head, light golden color. Aroma is slightly fruity, apple juice, hay, apple peel, yeast, grass, minerals, hints of caramel. Taste is slightly dry fruity, apple peel, grass, yeast, hay, dry apples, minerals, hints of alcohol. Slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Fair enough.
