Crisp, clean, and just a little rebellious—Breakin' The Law is a West Coast Lager that defies expectations. Double dry-hopped with Saaz, Nelson Sauvin, and Comet, this 5.2% crusher delivers the crisp drinkability of a lager with the hop-forward edge of a West Coast brew. Saaz brings classic herbal spice, floral notes, and a touch of earthiness. Nelson Sauvin adds bold white grape, gooseberry, and a hint of tropical zest. Comet punches through with citrus peel, grapefruit pith, and a grassy bite. The result? A refreshingly dry, snappy lager with a bright hop profile and a clean, bitter finish. Light enough to keep you coming back, bold enough to break the rules.

Draught Good dense white head over lightly carbonated golden beer with Grünstich, lacerings. Dry grains, straw, hay, Hessian sacks. Again (wet) straw, with faintly fruity esters - grapes. Main flavour is wet (ply)wood, but the esters remain in the background, making somthing subtly complex from apparently plain beer. Laurel/bay leaf, dried Christmastree after the fests. Light body, well-carbonated in feel, slick. Subtle! Good one - and now for a black IPA, Tom!
