Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head, clear light orangy straw colored. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, black currants leafs, apple cores, hay, flowers, dusty apples, grass, minerals, apple peel, citrus, hints of red currants. Taste is slightly sweet sour-ish fruity, apple cores, hay, flowers, minerals, alcohol, red currants, sorrel, sour dusty apples, black currants leafs, grass. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice.
