Soft gusher. Nice bubbly-creamy mediumlasting head, hazy. Aroma is slightly dry funky fruity, sorrel, apple peel, sour apples, brett, fruit stones, grass, hay, flowers, bark, citrus peel, apple cores. Taste is dry sour-ish fruity, sour apples, sorrel, apple peel, soda powder, minerals, fruit stones, apple cores, hay, flowers, citrus acid. Medium bitterness, dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice.
