Tiny shortlasting head, hazy dark golden color. Aroma is slightly sweet grassy, wet grass, yeast, sap, sour grass, heather, paper, wet hay, moss, overripe apples, overripe banana. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish grassy, yeast, sour grass, heather, hay, leafs, apple cores, paper, old rope, fruit stones, bark, minerals. Medium bitterness, slightly dry grassy mouthfeel. Fair enough.
