Nice slightly bubbly-creamy shortlasting head, slightly hazy amber color. Aroma is slightly sweet grassy, sweetgale, grass, sap, heather, hay, minerals, shed, juniper, bark. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish floral, sorrel, heather, sweetgale, sap, grass, hay, minerals, juniper, unripe berries, bark, fruit stones. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish mouthfeel. Nice.
