Double-Oaked Imperial Stout with cacao and toasted coconut.

This collab with @horusagedales was fermented with meadow foam honey and finished on Ghana cocoa nibs and toasted coconut. Aged for 24 months in a blend of 15-year Barton and 15 year Heaven Hill bourbon barrels.

Sweet, a lot of chocolate butter, candied caramel, American oak. Moderately to highly sweet, toasted coconut. Good coconut chcocolate bomb.

A black beer, no head. Aroma of bourbon, some peanut butter, vanilla, cocoa. Taste of sweet strong dark malt, cocoa, vanilla, cacao, nuts. Sweet slightly sticky finish.

Tap @ Peders. Black without head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, dark chocolate, cocoa and bourbon. Flavor is very sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet and moderate bitter finish with lots of warming alcohol. Oily and soft. 210525

Pours pitch black. No head. Aroma: bourbon, fudge and rich dark chocolate. Taste: intense dark chocolate, fudge and cake. Sweet palate. Light boozy.
