Double-Oaked Imperial Stout with cacao and toasted coconut.
This collab with @horusagedales was fermented with meadow foam honey and finished on Ghana cocoa nibs and toasted coconut. Aged for 24 months in a blend of 15-year Barton and 15 year Heaven Hill bourbon barrels.

Panda from Colin. Cheers. Dark and glossy - ai didn't realise it was a clear panda at first. No head. The aroma is boozy with dark chocolate, mocha and burnt coconut Initially sweet and chocolatey before the boozy edge becomes apparent. Add caramel, molasses, coconut and berries to the mix. Thick. Oily. Average carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Big thick sweet and boozy Impy.

CBJ tasting, thanks to Wingman. Near opaque dark brown beer, small dark tan head that lasts a microsecond. Rich dark chocolate, boozy. Rich bourbon soaked ripe fruits, spicy finish. Rich and rewarding.

Draught @ Væskebalancen Bar. Pours pitch black, no head. Aroma of roasted malt, caramal, dark chocolate, honey, light vanilla, bourbon. Flavor is sweet, roast malt, caramel, honey, dark chocolate, cocoa, little vanilla, bourbon, alcohol. Full body, oily mouthfeel, soft carbonation, sweet finish with loads of warming alcohol. 090625

On tap at Peders, pours black, no head. Aroma is full of intense bakers chocolate, a bit of coconut, dark sugars, and a touch of bourbon. Flavour is rich as hell, with intense cocoa, coconut, and decadent bourbon barrels. Absurd depth to this, almost too brutal. It’s delicious for sure, but hard to drink more than half an ounce.

On tap at Peders. Pours black. Tons of coconut and bourbon barrels on the nose, good roast too. Flavour is insanely rich, jammed full of bourbon, roast, coconut, and cacao. Fucking hell this is incredible.
