Shared bottle at Cardinal, Stavanger. Pours reddish amber with off-white head. Aroma of raspberries, lemons. Tastes sour. Thin bodied, sour finish. One-dimensional.

330 ml bottle, at Cardinal, Stavanger. ABV is 6%. Hazy reddish brown colour, small beige head. Strong aroma of ripe and over-ripe raspberries. Sour flavour, intense notes of raspberries, berry vinegar, oak, hardly any hops.

Bottled. Ruby colour with a small pink head. Aroma is raspberries, some mild sourness, mild vinegar elements and some wood. Flavour is pretty much following the same pattern.

Bottle. Clear reddish amber body under a small, tan head, quickly disappearing totally. Lively carbonation. Aroma has matured raspberries, red berries in general, malt, smooth oak and mild acidity. Taste is sweet berries with quite much acidity, vinegar, wood, raspberries and smooth malt. Balanced body with a tart and very acidic finish. Nice but definitively on the acidic side.

Red brownish. Aroma is raspberry jam some wood lacto a hint of balsamico. Taste is intense sour raspberry and lacto with some wood and later sweet balsamico. Quite complex. Nice finish. Very sour but somehow still inviting.

Aus der Flasche (bbe 18.10.2028) im 2021-04 getrunken. Dieses Flämish Red hat eine wunderebare Balance aus Säure, Fassreifung und Himbeeren. Überrascht ist daas durch die Himbeerkerne recht wenig Bitterkeit durch Tannine den Geschmack beeinflusst was durch aus oft bei einer Frambioas bemerkbar ist. Ein richtig tolles Himbeer Ale!

Dark reddish brown colour, beige foam. Slow gusher. Nose of red wine, balsamic vinegar, raspberries. Taste is quiet acetic, vinous, fruity.
