Bottle. Harvest 2023. Oak, vinegar and red berries. Too much vinegar for me. Some caramel and hints of bread. Balsamic notes. Quite nice, but a bit heavy on the vinegar for me. 646413 251207

YG. Red amber color with a beige head. Aroma and flavor is vinegar, rasberry, alcohol, caramel, bread.

Bottle at the STR tasting I randomly stumbled upon and got invited to (huge thanks guys!). Copperish body, some head, no notes of it though. Huge raspberry-driven aroma, not much else, some oxidation maybe. Lean, dry, tart raspberry-driven, slightly oxidized taste, not too acetic. Okay.

Аромат немного кисловат, сразу ощущаются ягоды, немного земляники ну и конечно много малины, что то похожее на варенье и компот. Цвет красно бледный, пенки вообще нету. Вкус немного пустоват. Слегка сухие и вяжущие нотки от ягод, в частности малины. Теперь еще больше похоже на компот. Кислотность есть но она не кайфовая, и какая то не в этом стиле. Послевкусие еще более сухое, намеки на яблоки и моченость, но очень уже маленькая. В целом норм, но как то сухо и не ярко во вкусе.

0,33l on tap @ One Pint Pub. Pours cloudy copper with a low head. Aroma is sweet and sour malts. Flavor is sweet and sour malts, vinegar, berries. Pretty nice.

Rødbrun uklar med flyktig hvitt skum. Lukter bringebær, solbær og noe trevirke. Fruktig og sur. Smaker bringebæreddik og noe trevirke. Lang.

bottiglia 33 cl, schiuma nocciola fine persistente, color ambrato carico / rosso velato, al naso è intensa lampone legno aceto balsamico cuoio tartufo leggero funky, in bocca frutta acerba lamponi mela verde aceto note legnose, corpo leggero, carbonazione leggera, molto acida, amaro percettibile, persistente e tannica nel finale. Bella spinta pungente e aromatica. Ottima. c. Fatti una birra 20.01.24
