Very nice. Mouth drying. Sourness is pleasant, loads of fruit, smooth. Great fruity aroma with a touch of bruin about it. Kind of sparkly in the mouth. Tart and sweet at the same time! Very enjoyable!

Just a small, maybe pinkish rim over coldhazed deep garnet-red beer. Superb vinous - raspberry nose. Hints at fino sherry and portwine vinegar. Outspoken tart red fruit, mainly raspberry, with lots of acids, including a good deal of acetic. Very high acidburn and -thinning; dry-out effect; sharp, burning MF. The aroma is out of this world, but in the sharpness, one might suggest 'a bridge too far'... if you're critically inclined. A treat, all the same.

Cloudy brown colour with thin head. Aroma and flavour have plenty of floral, fruity raspberry notes. Also tart, sharp vinegary notes. Just within the boundary of 'too sour'.

(Draught at GIST, Brussels, 21 Oct 2018) Reddish brown colour with foamy, beige head. Fruity, sourish nose with notes of caramel, raspberries and red fruit. Fruity, tart taste with raspberries, sour berries, caramel, burnt sugar, vinegar and a slightly harsh and tart finish. Medium body, dry. Solid and well made with a good vinegar tartness and a fresh raspberry character. Very nice.

Bottled 330ml (Beer Merchants) Deep red colour, not much head. Tart, vineous raspberry aroma. Medium-bodied. Wineous, mouthpuckering tart, loads of berryish raspberries, a bit oaky. Nice Oud Bruin, acidic tart one.
